1-Year Limited Warranty

This laboratory provides a limited one (1) year warranty from the date
of delivery on crown and bridge restorations. This
warranty covers laboratory workmanship and materials only.

Covered Under Warranty

• Remakes or adjustments due to laboratory manufacturing errors
• Material defects related to laboratory processing
• Fit issues when impressions, scans, bites, and prescriptions are
accurate and complete

Not Covered Under Warranty

• Inaccurate or incomplete impressions, scans, bites, or prescriptions
• Improper tooth preparation, margins, or occlusal clearance
• Chairside adjustments or alterations made after delivery
• Cementation or bonding errors
• Bruxism, occlusal trauma, or lack of protective appliances
• Shade discrepancies due to lighting, stump shade, or missing shade
information
• Normal wear, chipping, or accidental damage
• Any restoration modified by anyone other than the laboratory

Implant Restorations

Implant restorations are warranted for laboratory workmanship only. The laboratory is not responsible for implant placement, angulation, component selection, or biological complications.

Warranty Process

• Claims must be submitted within the warranty period
• Original restoration must be returned for evaluation
• Laboratory reserves the right to remake, adjust, or credit at its discretion
• Overdue or unpaid invoices may result in the warranty being voided

Limitations

This warranty covers labor only. Shipping, rush fees, and additional
services are excluded. Liability is limited to the
original laboratory fee.
